Deliveries are currently possible to delivery addresses in Germany and the EU. For deliveries to Switzerland, please refer to the information below on our partner MeinEinkauf.ch.

If appropriate, items from different orders will be combined in one delivery. This means you receive fewer individual shipments. This helps us to avoid unnecessary waste.

Domestic shipping costs

Flat rate: 6,90 € / gross

Free shipping from a value of goods of € 75.00.

This does not apply to bulky goods, freight costs will be charged separately.

Shipping costs to EU countries

Flat rate: 14,90 € / gross

Free shipping from a value of goods of € 500.00.

This does not apply to bulky goods, freight costs will be charged separately.

Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all the information you need at MeinEinkauf.ch. For a small fee, MeinEinkauf.ch will take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price.

And this is how it works:

1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
   
   
2. With your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online store.
   
   
3. Place your order in our store using your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
   
   
4. Please use only the shipping AND billing address:

   In addition to addressing your order to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method.
   
   
5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. At the same time, the MeinEinkauf.ch team remains informed about the status of your order in order to send it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible. You can then view the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt at www.meineinkauf.ch under “My orders”.
   
   
6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our store. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch with your goods.
